Support told me to clear my Origin cache- I'm not sure my copy of Spore was ever even connected to Origin to begin with. I tried contacting EA support before I figured I would have to do this, asking why I could not connect. I still run the disc version, mostly because even though I want to be online again, I just feel apprehensive to move everything to Origin just to connect. I know that for the most part, EA has done away with the disc version of Spore.
